Rising Hope, Inc. is a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation founded by the late Rev. Dr. George (Bill) Webber while president of New York Theological Seminary. The corporation's Board of Directors is comprised entirely of volunteers, and primarily, the program coordinators who manage the program at each prison.
